Most orders received before 2:00 PM EST will be processed the same day, and mailed the next business day. We ship all orders within the Continental United States by USPS. Estimated shipping time depends on the type of USPS service you choose. Delivery estimates can be anywhere from 2-14 days. Shipping charges and sales tax will be added to the total of the order during checkout.
Note: Orders shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to local duty charges by your government. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. 21Drops is not responsible for any associated import fees that your country may impose. Please contact your local customs office to see what these charges are BEFORE placing your order. Estimated international shipping time is 10-14 days.
21 Drops is not responsible for mail service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.

When calling please have your order number readily accessible. You must have a return authorization before sending back to us to qualify for refund or exchange.
