I love this product and use it on days when I'm really stressed out. It helps me tremendously as does their Focus oil and their Sleep oil. I use the roll on because I have pets in the house and I cannot use a diffuser because some oils are bad for pets.
It really works and helps multiple levels of stress and with muscle tension/relaxation as well. I use it to help me go to sleep and if I wake up during the night or whenever I need to relax and chill out.
