How long will the massage last? 

Our express aromassage treatments last 15-20 minutes. 

Do I need to be a student, busy mom, stressed, etc; to get this service? 

No, but how wonderful is that? College students with a shortage of funds for self care and others who may not be able to regularly practice this form of self care will now have access.

    Will essential oils will be used during the massage?

    This is entirely up to you. As this is our specialty, we're here to make recommendations should you want to incorporate them into your aromassage. All of the essential oils used in our blends are therapeutic-grade, 100% natural, sourced from artisan distillers, organic or wild-crafted, and GC-MS tested to ensure their upmost purity and effectiveness.We focused on the molecular chemistry, so you can focus on physical relaxation. 

    Will I lying down or sitting up?

    Our express massage treatments will be given on a massage chair. 

    Will I disrobe?

    No. That said, you need only arrive for your appointment 5 minutes before it begins.

    Can I book multiple appointments at once?

    Unfortunately not. In order to extend this service to as many members of the community as possible, you may only book a single appointment for yourself. In order to book an appointment, you must be signed up as a member of our community before booking. To join our community, simply sign up on our main page here.

    Do I need to buy products?

    Absolutely not. You will have the option of infusing our Aromatherapy into your treatment but you are under no commitment to purchase products.  

    What's the catch?

    There isn't one. Our Community Transformation Project is our way of giving back. Research has proven that massage can boost immunity, improve flexibility, reduce stress and so much more but, let's be real, it's a luxury and not something everyone can afford- especially those who may need it most. We offer free massage to Florida residents at our flagship apothecary in Delray. 

    When do you let members know about available slots?

    Our Community Transformation Project schedules will be prepared about a month in advance. You'll want to be signed up as a member to receive the alert when slots become available. We'll let you know with an email.

    What should I do if I’m having trouble booking?

    No worries! Just email us at customerservice@21drops.com, and one of our great customer service team members will be happy to help you.

    What is your cancellation policy?

    Our goal is to provide a service to as many members of our community as possible. We ask that you cancel within 24 hours if you need to, this way we can ensure that someone else can take advantage of the opening. There is no charge for cancelling an appointment. An email confirmation is sent to you when you use our booking service. The option to cancel is accessible through your confirmation and reminder email. If you cannot make your appointment, please give your community the courtesy of cancelling within the 24 hours.
